D’Pines (also known as D’Pines @ Ampang) is a new condominium to be sited in Taman Nirwana, within Pandan vicinity. It is right besides Palm Villa and Sri Pinang Villa, and being surrounded by terraces and villages.

The developer of D’Pines, City Motors Group is an established company since 1965, started as a motor-car trading company. The Group has diversified its business into several areas including property (property development and management), plantation, fruit/orchard, education and medical services.

In property industry itself, the Group has built numerous developments, including the entire Taman Nirwana itself that consists of shop-houses, double storey terraces, single storey terraces and condominiums (Sri Pinang Villa and Palm Villa). However, there were several complaints on a condominium management several years back. And a case was brought to court.

With loads of new developments these days are launched around RM400 psf and just located in Bukit Jalil, Shah Alam and Puchong, D’Pines sounds like a good investment after all. It is affordable and yet strategically located minutes away from KL city centre.
